Richard specializes in business, employment, insurance, and all types of tort cases, with settlements ranging from five to eight figures. He was recognized as a Super Lawyer for ADR in Southern California in his third year as a mediator and has been honored as such every year since. As President of both the San Diego County Bar Association and the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, he further demonstrated his pragmatic leadership style, creativity, and integrity.

FEE SCHEDULE
Full Day - $6,900*^
Half Day - $3,450*
Full Day Rates consist of ten (10) hours inclusive of review and preparation time; additional time is billed at $690 per hour.
Half Day Rates consist of five (5) hours inclusive of review and preparation time; additional time is billed at $690 per hour.
^Class Action/Complex/Multi-Party (4+ parties) - Full Day $7,800, additional time billed at $780 per hour*
Excess time will be billed in increments to the nearest one-half (1/2) hour.
There is a non-refundable administrative fee of $375 per party, per session.
