YOUR PATH
TO RESOLUTION
Richard Huver has successfully
helped parties resolve their disputes in an expeditious and professional manner. Richard will help you find the right path to resolution.
For three decades, Richard Huver earned the respect of colleagues, adversaries, and the courts for his intelligence, creativity, and high ethical standards. That success was matched only by his continued commitment to the legal community, including acting as President of both the San Diego County Bar Association and the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego. Through those leadership roles, Richard developed a unique ability to build consensus among parties with varied and often competing interests with his calm leadership style, integrity, and credibility. Richard's 30-year career as a trial lawyer culminated with his recognition as one of the Top 50 Lawyers in San Diego County by Super Lawyers. Richard was recognized by San Diego Super Lawyers in Alternative Dispute Resolution just a few years after launching his mediation practice.
Richard mediates cases in a wide range of matters, from the simple to the complex, and from the cooperative to the contentious. With litigation experience in cases ranging from Aviation Accidents to Wrongful Termination, and with particular expertise in Insurance Bad Faith, Richard knows what it takes to get your case resolved. Whether you need a mediator with compassion or just the right amount of assertiveness, Richard is dedicated to helping the parties and their counsel find the right path to resolution.
